Not really.
The picture of the town hall of our city Gladbeck in Germany was originally done for a graphics contest.
The original picture was a little bit bigger in size.
There is a wedding in front öfter town hall.
Some years ago I made people three pixels in height and TWO pixels width.
That is the reason why they look so blocky

Now I have evidence of why the town hall looks like a haunted mansion... XD

To me, it DID look creepy
