A Tech Question

Now i have this game on my Vodafone Smart Ultra 6 and it runs okish to be honest, now i have KOPlayer on my laptop which is an android emulator similar to blue stacks and im just wondering if i was to play this on it would this use my laptop specs as in my Graphics card, ram and processor.
If so would it run fine, im using a crappy Intel HD 4000 Graphics Card, 4gb ram & i5 Processor.
