I think I found another figure on the other side, which is light green. So probably a signal light?

Nevermind, after I saw nothing on Google Images, I changed my mind...

And it looks different in real life

That graphics work for that building was never finished.
It needs an urgent revision to make it look better.

A long time ago this pixel building was just a test for the maximum height of buildings in the old PC version of TheoTown.

Lobby took the building picture as a reward for the game.
But it was originally not intended for use in the game.

I'm just about to rework some buildings and i think in the next weeks it will be a little improved.

The red and green persons are there to adjust the size ratio of the building.
Remember the building was pixelated in 2009 and in that time I knew not yet exactly what scale we would use.
It was some kind of playing around with the graphics styles

And yes, the original building looks a bit different from the one i made.
But it was the inspiration for my building.

I figured the theory of the man on the roof, he thought he was in GTA with a bounty on his head so he thought if he landed there then he would not be killed for his bounty but after all it turns out he was just drunk after a his hen night and doesn't have a clue how he got there.
