Online Region Error

I have some errors regarding on online region of TheoTown. Everytime I click the online button, it just keeps on loading and loading, then it will show an "ERROR" message.
I am a Beta Tester
I logged in my Forum Account
Is there somebody who knows how to fix the problem?

What kind of error message?
Specifically what does it say?

It could just be that your data or wifi isn't connected.
