Am I the only one who always got police cars, ambulances and firetrucks stop suddenly in the middle of road?

You haven't provided for any way to get back to where they were spawned. They only go a certain distance and then stop and search for a way back to their station. Put some turn arounds in the highway.

You may also call the police to disperse the traffic jam.

Although that's right, they should be able to find a way back even if the way is a bit longer.

From fighting a fire, that is true. Just searching out their area though, they will stop momentarily while they perform the search. It's most often at an intersection.

Actually, it occasionally happens if it's the highway, and the pictures above were one of them.

Frequently, it happens inside the downtown. Now due to the buildings shadowing the streets, I find it nearly impossible to track any stopsudden emergency vehicles

And sometimes, I observed that some of them were randomly roamed far from their spawning places
