I create a picture for plugin using drawing on windows 10. But if I download the picture,its background is black. I want it to be transparent.
Is there anyway I can do it? Or I should change to another software to draw?
ps:how to post picture and files on this forum?

How to upload images: viewtopic.php?f=48&t=3162

Maybe you are saving the pictures as .jpg/.jpeg? Those formats doesn't support transparency. Make sure you are using .png instead.

Maybe you are saving the pictures as .jpg/.jpeg? Those formats doesn't support transparency. Make sure you are using .png instead.

I saved the png file,but it is still not transparency.

What graphics editor are you using?

I use Novix and it will import jpg images but only save them to png. There is an option under filters to remove the current color, but usually will only do so if the areas have been edited in the session. So, you have to fill the black areas with black, make sure black is the current color, then remove the current color.
