I want to make some emoticon(like smilies

)based on Theotown. Can I use the picture from theotown and post this emoticon and post it on wechat?

Well I mean using theotown gameplay screenshots as emoji,not copy smilies here. Just saying smilies if someone don't know what emoticon is.
