I may not be able to link any plugins (cause i have bad memory) but i guess you can search up some fence packs, military packs, road deco (such as tollbooths, barriers, and road markings) You can maybe make the border with the DSA walls..
Tip: add a railway line and use a river to divide the cities for more detail (inspired by the El Paso and Ciudad Juárez border) :3
