Heliports

Hello folks,
As an enthusiastic player of this game, i would like to give my suggestion about Heliport .
We all know about the lone helicopter in the game play which is touch-based one. But i wanna say that such helicopters can be used for public transport i.e. for $$$ Residential/Commercial & for those helicopters, a Heliport could be built.
This Sample Heliport can be 1×1.
Heliport can also be of 3×3, increasing the coverage area.
All the Heliports would create Noise pollution of 1 Block.
That's my first idea...hope u all would like it & post ur valuable reviews.
