The Planned Street in The 50's during a Rapid Industrialization, the City Planners drawn a Vukada Street, one of them is very special, 16 Vukada St. Wasy very important to them, so in 1963, the 16 Vukada St Built, 4 Buildings were completed in 1965,
This is not 16 Vukada St., it's Just a copy lol, the real 16 Vukada st. Is hidden from this screenshot.

It has Night Animation, but not included in the Screenshot, cuz I forgot to edit.

Were you trying to add texture with the dots? Because you could have used something called "noise". It'll make the building look a lot more textured and less grainy : )

So sorry, I've been very inactive recently! I use paint.net to add noise, which is a desktop app.
