All maps suddenly locked

I just opened the game last night and found that all of my maps were locked. It looks like all of the city data is still there, but if I open one, it treats it like a new city and I have to start from a city level of 0 again

I'm on version 1.9.51a, and I just installed the Modular SLC Warehouse pack, Escola Brasileira, and Gama Tower.

Anyone else having this issue, and is there any way to get my city levels back?

This unsolved issue happened to me too, and here's how: I also uploaded my map for the first time and named my region Yeshuania. Once I uploaded my original map, originally I could get in it and play it online. Then I acquired the locked little square space next to it. I had to wait like over two hours to acquire it. The next time I came in to play online I could name the new region, but my original region said I have to acquire it again. If I press acquire, TheoTown tells me to give it a name as though I were starting that spot from scratch! I don't want to destroy what I had already built! How can I get back to my original map that I had uploaded online and play it again?

Several days and no reply. Seems like the developers are overwhelmed.
