Farm tractors, pollution color

Hello! It's been a long time since the last time I've posted here. Been so long since I've made json files and designs too.
But maybe I could suggest some:
1. Tractors - maybe the tractors can be limited to the dirt roads so that they would not clog the other roads. Also limit they're distance slightly short
2. Can the pollution color be lessen? Or probably make it a very light brown? Since there are industrial areas and especially harbors that looks clean.
Maybe harbors should not have the brown pollution filter.
