Online Region Size Limit?

Hello I am trying to create an online region that is just below the limit as far as size and number of zones. I have been experimenting trying to find the limits myself but i was hoping somebody would have some more precise info.
Is there a MB limit for the region folder?
Is there a dimension limit? So far I can upload a 36x40 map but depends on city layout.
Is there a city limit? I see maps online with 251 zones.
