Town war memorial

Hi everyone
Now i haven't looked at this place for some time.
I made a small plugin and i wanted to share it. Is not much but it adds some detail to the game.
I'm talking about:
Town war memorial
It's a 1x1 memorial with cross and flowers to remember all of your town's citizens who died in war.
I think it fits in a park but you can put it in a square or a roundabout as well.
