There are pipes and underground wires under any roads that exist. There are hills, so the roads, pipes, and underground wires might need to be connected. There is very little land for such a big map! It is the giant size.

If you have the right plugins, there is already power and water. Great.
If not, no worries, the estate (money amount) is quite large for some reason, and you will be able to add the power and water supplies.

You should be able to download and copy just the Igevoe.city file to your maps folder to play.
