How to control the spacing of bridge pier?

I find that the bridge pier spacing of different bridge is different. It's 3 of the in-game bridge. It's 7 of the Futuristic Road Plugin. It's 5 of the Mumbai Monorail Plugin. How to control it? What's the json code?
