Help me please. When I login to TheoTown (the game not the forum), it shows my email as my username instead of my actual username.

Hi, for login please user your username instead of the email address to login. This is a bug that will be fixed in the future

hello dear forum members, I have a problem, when trying to log in to the account in the game itself (steam version) writes "connection error". The same thing happens when you try to open the "research" and "online" tabs. Am I asking for help or am I doing something wrong? In advance, thank you:)

Hi, please try out the following:

1. Download and install Java from here: https://www.java.com/en/download/
2. Restart your PC
3. Try again to start the game

If not available the game will use a bundled Version of OpenJDK for running Java. However, that causes issues on some devices, therefore installing regular Java should solve the issue
