Hello! And apologies if this topic has already been discussed, but I couldn't find anything even with the search.
My question is, is it worth to educate industrial and commercial zones? Or am I just wasting money? I mean, schools are the most expensive thing so far (at least in my city)!
Should I do it, will it help the people be happier, or nah?

I never give education to industrial zone and that's fine for now.
