What benefit does MANAGEMENT give your city?
And also, how do you make people happier with taxes? Along with that, is it even possible to achieve 100% happiness?

So, what you’re saying is that taxes increase with public transit?
How do you lower them? You probably said so already, but I just want it plain and simple.

What I meant is I loweted taxes for residential to 1% or less to remove that.
Then what was left was transportation. So I added a nearby bustop and metro access point. That made that house 100% happy.
But, I will have to most likely have to raise taxes up a bit.
You can set them by clicking your city income. A screen will appear.
Note. Will have to raise taxes.
