How can I build something and something at the same time, just as I build a road and a water pipe at the same time?

I want to build a road and a wire at the same time, but it doesn't work.

The overhead "$wire00" won't build on a road due to a single one putting a pole in the center of the road. It would have to be built as a line from one side to another perpendicular to the frame of the road which would need auto join to be true when built.
