I think Multi Use Buildings should Exist, since it can reduce car trips from having to go out into the High Street, to just to the neighbourhood Shop that has a few Homes above it

Yeah, I agree, when mixed use buildings appear on TheoTown, it should display ‘Commercial and Residental’.
