Network Error when accessing plugin store
When I try to access the plugin store, a message saying "network error" comes up and the store doesn't load. Anyone have any fixes for this?

Online services may cease to be provided at very old versions. Recommendation is to update to the latest version.

I have 1.9.99p version, and Plug-in store not working
