Supplies for rocket not accumulating

No supplies are accumulating for my rocket. I have tried connecting it to factories, deleting and rebuilling it, and uninstalling and reinstalling the game and nothing has worked. Does anyone have a fix for this?
Also for some reason it started accumulating resources then stopped again.

It is connected to all types of industries and it is not accumulating resources
