How do I restart?

Sorry if this is in the wrong forum, but how do I restart? I went to the FAQ and there was nothing. Thanks!

Do You wanna restart your city? If so go to the reigon button (globe icon), then click on your city, then click on bulldozer icon. It will restart your city. If you wanna restart your reigon. Click on the reigon button and click on reigon, from there you can make your new reigon. Hope this helps.

If you want to completely reset the game state, type
