Moon bug

When i play my moon in single city i just get 100 kt and the pickel didnt notivicate me so i get 10 mt and i cant build anything and cant even make the base 
and make me mad and need to just restart the moon and need to go through save files and restart my supplies and the moon upgrade 
and lets wait for another 4 week to try the launch over and over again
