Remove "Always on top" for fullscreen mode and improve settings menu / UI / UX

Please fix fullscreen so application is not always on top. This makes alt-tab impossible. Also the settings menu (build menus too) in general needs a UI/UX overhaul to match the main (esc) menu which is the best looking menu in the game.
