For example :

I just made a shop that sell some diamond in half of game price's

Hi, thank you for pointing out the lack of clarification on that topic.

Selling any in-game items or redeem codes is strictly prohibited. If any user is caught doing that, they risk their account being suspended and any sold items or content being invalidated.

is it ok if i organize minigame and give diamonds for the winners?
For example,this minigame gives diamonds to people who advertise the game Theotown to other groups, so that more Vietnamese people can know about Theotown:

I had an scenario that i think,
Someone paid me to do something (example plugin etc),but you can't do it,so in exchange i give diamond (note line above is scenario)

So any rules about it

It is just a game currency. Nothing more. It shouldn't be used as a payment for services.
