I want to recreate Paris but there is not much variety of buildings. Is there any add-on that has a variety of parisian /haussmann buildings (Excuse me for my bad English, I'm using a translator)

Do you have a picture of the style your looking for? There are a few good plugins that may suite, If you have specific photo ill know what to look for. There’s probably something that fits your description ♥♥

I am already using the french rockfort pack, but I haven't seen the themax pack, do you have any links?

I might at some point make some more haussmannian buildings but it will take a while, for now there isn’t a lot of quality ones.
