WAIV (What Am I Viewing?)

What Am I Viewing? is a GUI plug-in that gives you information about the building you are looking at (similar to WAILA from modded Minecraft). It comes with a variety of options that can be found in the settings menu. It has a performance mode, which will decrease the number of times the plug-in updates its information. It also has an easy selection mode, an option to ignore RCI buildings, and a crosshair. I decided to release it in a "beta" because it doesn't work with buildings on slopes. Unfortunately, I have no idea how to fix that. Regardless, I figured you guys might enjoy using it, so here you go.

Next plugin update: Add narrator system so blind people can play TheoTown, this can be enable in its setting,

I probably won't update this plug-in anyway until the devs add a certain functionality I need.
