Update V2: fix monthly prices
Update V3: Performance update
Update V4: fix influence radius in order to make the game not laging while viewing waste disposal influences
This exellent waste-to-energy plants burn municipal solid waste (MSW), often called garbage or trash, to produce steam in a boiler that is used to generate electricity. It has 10 noise influence so I recommended place anywhere away from your city and don't forget to connect it with roads

Bugs and glitch:
-Because this plugin was coded by me without using pca.theotown.com, the monthly price is not what I coded. I was codedbut it came out to be 1000 monthly prices when I tests the plugin, so I recommended also builds buildings that give you extra monthly income
Plugin/Building limited function:
-It cannot generate power from garbage because it just a building with 2 separate function
