As title says my city has stopped growing! I'm not playing in sandbox, just old regular mode. I have high demand for residential and I zone a area for residential low high doesn't matter nothing builds!!! I have transportation, medical, police, fire ,high low education, religion, parks, and sports. And all utilities power water, trash, and funeral. And nothing builds it maybe 1 1X1 house, I have half empty map waiting. I have no demand for commercial nor industrial.
Time to time a commercial or industrial will build.

Any help would be appreciated! Ty

Have all water power trash cemetery. No more residential will build 2nd city in a row this has happened to!

Two things you can try.

Clear TheoTown's cache or restart the device which should also clear the cache.
