Planning to build :
Stadium/Sports District
Financial District
Port/Piers
Nature reserve (basically just alot of trees)
Airport
Beach area with a lighthouse
And more!

I have a challenge for you. Build a low estate with a tram and bus depot. And greenery and a playground with benches. Remember that this estate should be as friendly to life as possible.
