2nd go to android/data/info.flowersoft.theotown.theotown/files/plugins after that
put the zip file there then extract it.

In Game when you download plugin. It auto extract. But in showcase or forum. Manually extract

Yeah I know but in my case is different. I just bought the game from Steam (PC) a few days ago and when I want to use it, it doesn't work. So I check the game folder and there's no plugin files, no music files, etc. Also I tried to reinstall the game it's just the same, but when I download it on my Android (Play Store) it works well. Idk is it bugs or it's just me or what?
