Moving Launch Station causes all upgrades to disappear

I had several upgrades done on Launch Station but moving it causes them to disappear. I have a feeling the same is true for all other buildings with upgrades.

Additionally, the "supplies" for Launch Station also disappear and start from zero. There's no explanation in game where/how to get them.

Your supply's are gone because you move it. "Move Building" = Build again. Soooo.... that's why your launch station gone supply's.
