Stuck in the Nineties is a project I'm working on about a timeline where we're stuck in 90s culture (Late Nirvana, the old internet, and stuff like that.)
The current city I'm building in this project is "Ingram City", which is in sandbox since I suck at managing money and also keeping civs happy, also it's named after my last name, Ingram.

The main goal is to use hydroelectric power, and get a high population.
