After I changed my phone and reinstalled Theotown, all my plugins disappeared. Although I only had some "paid" for advertising, but still very annoying there gone now :/

Try logging into the same Google Play Services account on the new phone.

I'm assuming you logged into the game once opened? Only thing you should lose is ones downloaded from forum
