The cross shaped ones. The blue ones (commercial) number max of workers. Yellow ones (industial) have same number of workers. They're all poor.

Poison Oaks have come to Yetoie. So thus, inhabitable areas are densely packed.

These harbor buildings, industry, and commercial have moved into a former residential zone that deserted with the poison oaks arrival.
