Game started crashing after loading

Hello. This is my first post, so apologies if I'm not formatting correctly. My game has starting crashing after loading for about a week now. I can get to the screen where there is the offer to buy some landmarks. I hit the x button, and my last loaded city will appear for a second. Then the landmark screen will come up again and crash. Prior to this, the game had been buggy. It was laggy and would sometimes crash. It is version 1.10.45a. Android 12 on a galaxy S10. I have deleted the cache for the app and restarted the phone. I have not uninstalled the game as I don't want to lose my maps, plugins, and packs I have gotten with diamonds. I am willing to do a reinstall if I'm told which files I need to save elsewhere to keep everything. In android, there is also an option to delete your "data" in the app. I have done this with other apps, and it hasn't deleted what was saved in the app, but I don't want to do this without knowing if it will delete my maps and whatnot. If someone has done this without losing everything, I am willing to try this as well. Thank you for any help! Please let me know if any other information is required.
