How to solve this problem: PROVIDE enough garbage services.

Some unexpected mistakes due to unskilled workers (Explosion of Nuclear Power plants due to insufficient knowledge, poor quality of services, etc.)
How to solve this: Make kids educated.

Too much construction of drilling industries (The 2 6x6 TTT industrials) can cause earthquakes.
How to solve this: Idk?
