No Arrow Rails

Made a plugin that removes the arrows from oneway rails because ngl they ugly

Also added higher bridge support and diagonals, only thing is they completely identical with normal rails now because thats where I took the textures from, they look like this now

Good thing is this plugin doesn't use any images at all, so no texture space used! And to prove it,
