How do the plugin get featured?
I mean there are small people got featured plugins, and I'm not sure how did this happen, but I'm just asking, you know...

Your plugin must have high quality plugin......unlike me since I am a noob. Add details and shadows and add some people or vehicles (optional) on the ground. Your plugin will be approved if its decent...unlike my plugin because I am a noob lol

I think the main reason is the Quality or how useful it is.

I guess when the downloads of that plugin increases rapidly, it gets popular and gets featured. Many factors will affect on how those downloads grow
