I want to know more about car plugins.

I pretty much knew how to texture out buildings plugin and whatsoever (though I never publicly share any plugins despite trying since Early Beta), but one thing that I realize is that I never really made anything that works well by manipulating its surroundings (For example, plugins that spawn specific cars or spawn custom ones). So it made me wonder, how can I make a plugin that let me add a custom vehicle to the map? Or maybe change the texture of certain vehicles. I would love to see if I can expand my ability.

Would love to learn something new.

Can you help me with creating buildings plugins? I have made the sprites (.png), and I know the bare basics of .json.
How do I make a building rotate? And how do I make night animation? (A building that can be animated at night and will work at night only).
