Can anyone tell me how to fix this without having to move the image or tell me an app where that doesn't happen

I know how to fix it but i want a way to prevent it

You can: image..., crop.
Remember to undo and try again until you get the hang of this tool.

You can:

Center the image by using: edit..., shift, move it to the center, then ok, image..., change canvas size, reduce the canvas width and height so that the image is correct at the left.

You can prevent it by not expanding the canvas size.

If you expand it, you can use the crop tool, or move the image down.

Maybe crop after creating it?
