Rank of cities with error

after the 1.10.55 update for the computer the game is having this problem even after reaching enough city points to pass the rank and it just doesn't pass

every time he needs to rank up you have to enter the rank menu and close it for it to work (you have to do this every time he needs to rank up)

I have the problem for mobile just tap the rank thing and it will give you your rank
