I don't understand night animation.

Hello! I don't know how to create the night animation for one of my plugins. I watched videos, tutorials and posts but I don't understand!
I also published a plugin and go a huge demand for a night animation!
Any help is appreciated!

well, my knowledge of English is very limited, and this can create problems
