What are the requirements to make a properly functioning, high-quality, plug-in?

The first time i tried to make a plugin using the plugin creator, it turned out very bad
Turns out, i only cropped the texture from the game and your phone really doesn't consider pixelated pictures to be like just a few pixels, they use like a million pixels to make a single patch of grass, and when i tried to make a diagonal version, it became some weird giant picture of diagonal grass frames

But if you don't like reading lots of words, what is the proper resolution for the textures, what kind of stuff do i need to do so it doesn't happen again, and where do i get the proper textures?

If you want to create a plugin, you need to make it by hand. First you need a software to draw a plugin u want. TheoTown is a pixel game so go download pixel editing apps or pixel art programs. Here a list of programs to use. You also need a JSON editing program. It is listed below to just scan on it.
Andrioid (Graphics): Pixly, Pixel Station, IsoPix, Google Play is big, there are more, but you can select one of these for start
Android (JSON): JSON genie free/premium, JSON editor, JSON & XML tool, there are more, but you can select one of these for start
IOS / MacOS (Graphics & JSON): *Sadly, I didnt have a iPhone/Macbook, but Im 99% sure there are some good software for this if you search terms like "Pixel", "Pixel Art" or "JSON", "JSON editor"
Windows (Graphics): Piskel (Web / app), Paint.net, Krita, Gimp (I think), etc.
Windows (JSON): Notepad ++ (With a plugin), Visual Studio code, Visual Studio 2019 (Is heavy), etc.
Requeriments for graphics (In case you will use a different software):
- The option for disable Anti-Aliasing
- Support for transparency
- Support for layers (Optional, but layers make your life easier)
- Support for export to .png file

-Support for save in .json file

You also need to mind this. If you are planning to steal already existing graphics whether it was from a plugin or in-game, credit the creator of it pr at least ask a permission to use the graphic from the creator him/herself. WE DO NOT CONDONE THE USE OF STOLEN ASSETS. Also make it higher quality because WE HATE IT. The low quality plugins must be removed.
