I don't know what category you are going to put it in. If it goes in decorations or awards for example , I guess it makes no difference.

But if it is commercial or industrial, please make it Level TT or Level TTT.

MAYBE IT IS SOMETHING I AM DOING WRONG ??

But two of my favorite Industrial plugins are practically useless because they are Level T.

As soon as I build schools , and residential goes to TT , these two Level T industry buildings empty . Workers go everywhere and anywhere except to these two Level T factories.
