What is "range"? If range is “2” or “4”, how much does it cover?

Hello.
Today I post this because when I put a tree, and when I open "Nature", it shows a green area. It could be range. But, the range extends way beyond that. What does range look like? What would the range be if the influence is 3 or 6? How much does it cover?
Could someone help? Thanks!

I have no idea what you're talking about. Doesn't make any sense. This is influence - in this case nature.

What I Mean: I’m talking about range of this nature thing. What does range look like? Need to revise what I mean.

I think the influence is the same number of effective range. The tree you posted is 6, specifically nature.

If the nature influence or range is 6, does that mean that 6x6 in tiles is covered by this tree?

Think so.
