отключить зимний режим в настройках, эта опция должна быть в "геймплей"
disable winter in settings, option should be in gameplay

If it's snowy areas on a mixed map, just build green land over the snowfall area.
If it's all over the map, go to the settings and set winter off.
If it's "permanent snow" left over from a blizzard disaster, just remove them.
