Why are there very frequent fires in my town?

Hi, from yesterday I continue experiencing frequent fires in my town (every 30 seconds there is a fire in my town) and it is very annoying. Is it just a game feature or is it a bug?

Your city is probably of a high rank. The higher the rank the more difficult it will be to manage the city. Expect crimes and epidemics as well. To prevent also I recommend to put more fire stations, police barracks and hospitals.

What? doesn't nuke naufhal city. I said this is issue when city had fire. Not nuke. So stop it.
